Everyone was very friendly and the vet nurse made my cat feel very at ease. I’m really glad that the nurse checked my cats microchip as it turned out it was inactive, my cat loves to be outside so it’s so important she has one so I’m very happy.
My injured dog was seen promptly, assessed and given required medications. The vet explained the situation very clearly, and her manner with the dog was lovely. Couldn’t ask for more.

We were able to arrange an emergency appointment on a Sunday for our parrot Sam. A range of investigations including blood tests and an x-ray were performed and Sam was kept at the surgery for further help and monitoring. It was truly excellent service.
Beyond exceptional knowledge. I don't trust many other than Rachel now with my dogs but to have seen two fantastic ladies there as well it definitely has kept my confidence having had such a bad experience previously elsewhere. The whole team are so nice and helpful, everyone goes above and beyond. Couldn't fault anyone or anything!
Emergency situation was dealt with swiftly & very efficiently. Vet was not only very thorough, but also attentive & gentle with my dog. She was also very considerate of the state I was in at the time. Great service and experience.
